  • 3 lbs pork bones
  • 12 oz ramen noodles
  • 4 slices chashu pork
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp soy tare
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1 sheet nori

Method

  • Boil the pork bones hard for hours until the broth turns milky.
  • Cook the ramen noodles to a firm chew and drain.
  • Spoon soy tare into each bowl and fill with hot broth.
