Sushi and Sashimi Platter

Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz sashimi-grade tuna
- 8 oz salmon
- 1 tbsp wasabi
- soy sauce for serving
Method
- Season the warm rice with the vinegar, sugar, and salt mixture.
- Slice the tuna and salmon into clean, even pieces.
- Shape small mounds of rice and drape fish over for nigiri.
- Arrange the sashimi and nigiri with wasabi and soy sauce.
