How to request a refund
Email info@kimchihalfie.com with your order ID and a short note about what went wrong. The order ID is in your confirmation email and on your account page. We confirm every request and aim to respond within one business day.
Membership refunds and trial cancellation
Your membership begins with a 30-day free trial, and you are not charged during that time. Cancel before the trial ends from your account and you will never be billed. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, email us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it. You can cancel any time from your account page, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for.
Kitchen-store returns
Unused kitchen-store items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us first for return instructions; please do not ship items back without contacting us. Items must be unused and resalable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions
A few things cannot be refunded or returned:
- Perishable goods, including any food or consumable pantry items, for health and safety reasons.
- Digital or downloadable content once it has been accessed.
- Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we approve a refund, please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you when the refund has been processed.
