Sesame Seed Balls
Chewy glutinous rice balls filled with sweet paste and coated in sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 4 cups oil
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix the rice flour, sugar, and warm water into a soft dough.
- Wrap small portions of dough around the red bean paste.
- Roll each ball in sesame seeds, pressing gently to adhere.
- Fry over medium heat, pressing lightly, until puffed and golden.
