Sweet and Sour Pork
Crispy battered pork tossed with peppers and pineapple in a glossy tangy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, cubed
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 bell pepper, chunked
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
Method
- Coat the pork cubes in cornstarch and fry until crisp and golden.
- Stir-fry the peppers and pineapple briefly in a hot wok.
- Simmer the ketchup, vinegar, and sugar into a glossy sauce.
- Toss the fried pork and vegetables in the sauce to coat.
