  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

Method

  • Scramble the beaten eggs in a hot wok and set them aside.
  • Stir-fry the rice in oil, breaking up any clumps.
  • Add the peas, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and toss to coat.
  • Fold the egg and scallions back in and serve hot.
