Egg Fried Rice
Wok-fried rice with fluffy egg, scallions, and a savory soy seasoning.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
Method
- Scramble the beaten eggs in a hot wok and set them aside.
- Stir-fry the rice in oil, breaking up any clumps.
- Add the peas, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and toss to coat.
- Fold the egg and scallions back in and serve hot.
