  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Method

  • Peel the membrane and coat the ribs with the dry rub.
  • Smoke at 225F for three hours, spritzing with apple juice.
  • Wrap the ribs in foil with juice and cook two more hours.
  • Unwrap, glaze with barbecue sauce, and firm up over the heat.
