Mango Sticky Rice
Sweet coconut sticky rice served with ripe mango slices and a salty drizzle.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups glutinous rice
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 ripe mangoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Method
- Soak and steam the glutinous rice until tender.
- Warm the coconut milk with sugar and salt to make a sauce.
- Pour most of the sauce over the hot rice and let it absorb.
- Serve the rice with mango slices and the reserved coconut sauce.
