Why we stock it

Cut from richly grained acacia, this large board gives you a generous, knife-friendly surface that resists deep scarring and water damage. A carved hand groove on each end makes it easy to lift, and a juice channel catches drippings from a roast or a juicy heirloom tomato. Rub it with board oil now and then and it will stay beautiful for years.
